3. packaging appearance requirements

bottle body should be stable, smooth surface, bottle wall thickness is basically uniform, no obvious scar, deformation, no cold explosion and cracks. The bottle mouth shall be straight and smooth, without burrs (burrs), and the thread and bayonet fit structure shall be intact and straight. The fit between the bottle and the cap shall be tight, without sliding, looseness and leakage. The inside and outside of the bottle should be clean.

2 Cover

(1) Inner cover: The inner cover should be complete, smooth, clean and not deformed. The inner cap should fit well with the bottle and outer cap. The inner cover shall not leak.

(2) Outer cover: The outer cover shall be straight, smooth and free of breakage, cracks and burrs (burrs). Cover color should be uniform. The thread fitting structure of the outer cover shall be intact. The color of the outer cover with anodized aluminum or bronzing should be uniform. The flip cover shall be turned up flexibly and the connecting part shall be free of breakage. The fit between the cap and the bottle shall be tight, without sliding or loosening.

3. Bags:

Bags should be free of visible wrinkles, scratches, air blisters. The color of the bag should be uniform. The seal of the bag should be firm, there should be no opening, perforation, leakage (paste) phenomenon. Composite bag should be composite firm, uniform coating.

4, hose:

hose body should be smooth, neat, uniform thickness, no obvious scratches, color should be uniform. The hose seal shall be firm and upright, and there shall be no opening or wrinkle (except for the normal indentation of the die). The cover of the hose shall comply with the requirements of the 5.3. The composite membrane of the hose shall be free of floating phenomenon.

5, box:

box surface should be smooth and straight, and there should be no obvious scratches, burrs (burrs), severe deflation and damage. The opening tightness of the box should be appropriate. When taking the flower box, it is not allowed to peel it off with fingers, so as to pinch the edge of the cover and the bottom does not fall off. The mirror inside the box, the contents and the box shall be firmly pasted, the mirror image shall be good, and there shall be no scratch or damage at the bottom.

6, spray tank

tank body is flat, free of rust spots, smooth weld seam, no obvious scratch, concave tank phenomenon, and uniform color. Spray cans roll should be smooth, there should be no wrinkles, cracks and deformation. The cap of the spray can shall meet the requirements of 5.3.2.

7, ingot tube

ingot tube body should be straight, smooth, no cracks, burrs (burrs), no obvious scratches, color should be uniform. The parts of the spindle tube should be tightly matched to ensure that the contents can be screwed out or pushed out normally.

8, makeup pen

The pen holder and sleeve of the makeup pen shall be smooth and upright, without glue opening and film cracking. The matching of the pen holder and the pen sleeve of the cosmetic pen should be tight and appropriate. The color of the makeup pen should be uniform.

9, Nozzle

Nozzle should be upright, clean and free of damage and cracks. The assembled parts of the nozzle shall be intact to ensure smooth spray at night.

10, printing and labeling

The patterns and handwriting printed on cosmetic packaging should be neat, clear, not easy to fall off, and uniform in color. The label of cosmetic packaging should not be wrong, missing or upside down, and the paste should be firm. The labeling requirements shall be in accordance with GB 5296.3.

11, outer box

(1) flower box: flower box should be tightly packed with the middle box. The flower box should be clean, upright and flat, and the lid should be well covered without wrinkles, missing edges and corners. The bonding part of the flower box should be pasted firmly, without sticking marks, cracking and mutual adhesion. The product is free of wrong installation, missing installation and inversion.

(2) Medium box: The medium box should be tightly packed with the flower box. The middle box shall be clean, upright and flat, and the lid shall be properly covered. The bonding part of the middle box shall be firmly pasted, without sticking marks, cracking and mutual adhesion. The product is free of wrong installation, missing installation and inversion. The label of the medium box shall be correct, clean and complete, and shall indicate the product name, specification, quantity of the box and the name of the manufacturer as required.

(3) plastic package: plastic package should be firmly bonded without cracking. Plastic surface should be clean, no damage phenomenon. There is no wrong installation, missing installation and inversion in the plastic package.

(4) Transport Packaging: The transport packaging shall be neat, upright, smooth and firmly sealed. The product is free of wrong installation, missing installation and inversion. The mark of the transport package shall be clear, complete and suitable in position, and shall indicate the product name, manufacturer's name and address, net content, product quantity, whole container quality (gross weight), volume, production date and shelf life or production batch number and deadline as required. The pictorial signs in GB/T 191 should be selected and marked as required.
